Tiyelo Molobela, from Nelspruit, was awarded R50,000 as the winner of the Nando’s Annual Griller Competition held on June 4th. He showcased remarkable culinary skills.
Reportedly unfazed by nerves, Tiyelo stated, “My team knew I was bringing back the prize”. His confident approach resonated throughout the competition, earning him the title of Grill Master.
The competition highlighted intense camaraderie as staff members supported contestants throughout the event. Tiyelo will represent South Africa at the International Griller’s Competition in Scotland.
