The prestigious event will be held on Saturday at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria.
This occasion holds significant meaning for Pamela, who has anticipated it for a long time.
“I have been manifesting, dreaming and praying about this particular moment for years now,” she said. “Miss SA has been on my vision board and bucket list for events to host.”
Recognized for her elegance and charisma, Pamela has enjoyed a remarkable year, recently taking the stage at the DStv Delicious Festival, where she co-hosted alongside international stars Lauryn Hill and Don Toliver.
She is also prominently featured in Brutal Fruit’s acclaimed The Pink Table series, where she amplifies the voices of contemporary South African women.
On the significance of her new position, she noted, “This one is an answered prayer, and I’m really honoured to be representing the future of media personalities on that stage. Working alongside Nomalanga is going to be a fun one, and definitely a fashion moment because she loves a good look, and I’m here for it. Her energy is electric.”
The duo is anticipated to infuse the Miss SA stage with sophistication and enthusiasm, focusing on highlighting the contestants as the main attraction of the evening.
“We want the ladies to shine even brighter so that everyone can see their strength, confidence and talent,” she said.
Nomalanga, known for her role as Amandla in BET’s Black Gold, is also experiencing a notable peak in her career. She has recently led the Joburg Film Festival, joined L’Oréal’s La Maison collective, and was named Glamour’s Most Stylish Entertainer.
