This sale, conducted through Black Coffee’s firm, Little Ark Holdings, marks the largest residential property transaction recorded in South Africa this year.
The mansion was initially listed for R160 million before being acquired for R157 million.
<p Created by famous architect Stefan Antoni, the 940-square-meter property boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Inside, it includes five en-suite bedrooms, a private cinema, a state-of-the-art gym, and a 16-meter heated infinity pool that harmonizes with the ocean view.
Additional features comprise a glass elevator, accommodations for staff, and numerous parking spaces, merging modern convenience with exceptional design.
