Following the announcement, Blxckie discussed what listeners can look forward to. “Leak a feature. I got a dope A-Reece verse,” he noted, providing further insight into the track’s style. “It’s a trap. I actually posted that joint. But people were not aware that he was on it.”
He also recounted how their collaboration began. “I met Reece during a wild time. I was in Cape Town, flew to Jozi for a TV thing, then back to Cape Town. He was also doing the same performance. We linked. It was chilled vibes, and we said we needed to tap in.”
Their initial collaboration set the stage for more. “The first joint we made was ‘Sneaky’, and then we added more to that beat. I sent it to him. He jumped on it. Then we did the video,” Blxckie elaborated. “At the shoot, we had a longer conversation about making more music. After that, things went crazy. We kept sending each other stuff. He sent me ‘One Time.’ Clen sent me stuff, too. I sent them things as well.”
The collaboration pipeline looks promising. “Now there are a few things in the vault, and I am happy about it. It is dope to see,” Blxckie remarked.
