For a long time, rapper and music producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has expressed his strong dislike for Sean “Diddy” Combs, often mocking him online, particularly regarding his controversial “freak-offs” and alleged mistreatment of several victims.
Jackson has taken the helm as executive producer for a four-part documentary available on Netflix, collaborating with director Alexandria Stapleton.
This documentary features exclusive footage captured by Combs, documenting the days leading up to his arrest. As reported by NBC News, Combs’ legal representation contends that the footage was not authorized for public viewing.
The litigation began with Cassie Ventura, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, who is notably known for filing a lawsuit against him and receiving a $20 million (R341 957 210) settlement within a single day, as the BBC reported. The suit centered around allegations of years-long sexual and physical abuse by the music mogul.
The claims were later verified through disturbing CCTV footage showing Cassie attempting to flee from Diddy at a hotel, with him pursuing her in only a towel, physically beating and dragging her back into their room.
Combs has recently received a 50-month prison sentence and a fine of $500,000 (R8 557 264) for offences tied to prostitution linked to sex parties. However, he was acquitted of the more severe charges involving sex trafficking and racketeering.
