DJ Black Coffee gives back to the community ahead of Christmas
DJ and music producer Black Coffee, known worldwide, continues to extend his influence beyond his musical career.
Nkosinathi Maphumulo, who won a Grammy award, has been actively involved in philanthropy through the Black Coffee Foundation. The foundation has initiated a nationwide food relief campaign aimed at assisting families in need during the holiday season.
This effort, themed Feed A Family and Share The Joy, aims to assist communities that may struggle during Christmas.
The campaign began in KwaZulu-Natal, where food supplies were distributed to areas such as uMlazi and KwaMashu.
Subsequently, the initiative moved to the Eastern Cape, reaching communities including Ngangelizwe, Waterfall, Qweqwe, Thipini, Zimbane Valley, Bizana, Ngcobo, and Silverton.
The outreach then progressed to Gauteng, where food parcels were delivered to families in Soweto.
The foundation plans to wrap up this charitable initiative in Limpopo, completing a journey that has reached various provinces and numerous households.
