Babes Wodumo has ignited discussions on social media following her assertion that infidelity is a common trait among men. This statement was made as she reflected on her late husband, Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo, and the ongoing speculation about his relationships.
The gqom artist’s comments emerged shortly after a reality television figure mentioned her alleged connection with the late star, portraying him as a supportive companion.
The allegations have reopened discussions about Mampintsha’s private life, leading Babes Wodumo to respond to the matter directly.
In an open address, the singer from Durban dismissed the claims, arguing that infidelity is prevalent and does not diminish a man’s character or their relationship.
“A man is a man. No man does not cheat; every man does naughty things on the side,” Babes Wodumo stated.
She continued by emphasizing that while some may dwell on gossip and extramarital affairs, her partnership with Mampintsha was founded on love and loyalty.
“Thank you, my husband. To some, you were their blesser, but to me, you were my soulmate. Just like we promised, ’till death do us part, it was like that,” she noted, recognizing that relationships can involve mistakes.
