Prince Kaybee engages in a dispute with Fave regarding the topic of female solidarity in the music sector
Prince Kaybee has shared his perspective on a matter raised by Nigerian musician Fave about the importance of women supporting each other.
The debate originated after Fave posted a statement concerning the respect women encounter, asserting the need for women to uplift each other as men typically back other men, even when women’s contributions are more deserving.
Her remarks were widely shared, resonating with many who voiced their concerns about gender disparity in artistic environments.
Prince Kaybee, however, strongly challenged this notion, citing Amapiano as evidence that women are not being overlooked by men in the industry.
<pIn response to Fave’s tweet, the producer rejected what he considered a gender-biased viewpoint.
“Lol Amapiano is a MAN made musical phenomenon, it has uplifted more women than any other woman has EVER TRIED,” he commented, adding that the genre has opened doors for women in various professions, such as vocalists, makeup artists, managers, and road managers.
<pHe wrapped up his reply with a direct demand to “STOP GENDER POLITICS!!!”

Interestingly, Fave had earlier communicated a more unifying message, inviting women to connect with her directly.
In that tweet, she recognized her own growth process and expressed a commitment to support other women, even if she has not yet reached her personal goals.
“Life is short! I’m opening my DMs for y’all specifically. My women. I will put you on,” she encouraged, inviting women to share their ventures, fashion labels, and talents with her.
