Hairstylist Snenhlanhla Mthembu alleges months of abuse and pleads for help on social media
In South Africa, hairstylist and business owner Snenhlanhla Mthembu has made serious accusations against her boyfriend, Andile Junior (24), claiming that she has endured physical abuse over several months.
The Durban entrepreneur shared an emotional series of Instagram stories that outlined her experiences, accompanied by images she says show injuries resulting from the alleged mistreatment.
In one segment, she labeled her social media plea a final effort after exhausting all other means to seek assistance through official avenues.
“This is my final attempt for a call for help and try and arrest this monster who has been abusing me physically from the day we started dating,” she wrote.
Mthembu also indicated that she has filed several reports with the police, yet claims she has seen no results. She expressed feelings of vulnerability and silence amid her ordeal.
“I’ve opened four cases with fail because no police gets near him and of course his father will bribe his way out, but today I’ve had enough,” she stated, adding, “Nizokholwa when he kills me? How do we explain four case numbers?”

The stylist addressed rumors regarding her public statement, clarifying that she is not looking for attention, but is in urgent need of safety.
She mentioned that she frequently conceals the reality from her clients, often fabricating stories when visible injuries lead to inquiries.

Reports indicate that Mthembu, 31, is currently undergoing medical care after an incident that allegedly involved Andile setting his car on fire.
After her hospital release, Snenhlanhla may face arrest for assault and charges related to property damage.
