Now, it is ready for its audience. “Welcome to Up To Speed. Two years and some change in the making,” he shared. “I am purely here to contribute to culture.”
Up To Speed is structured as a two-part approach. Every Sunday, Speedsta will present his current show on 5FM, setting up the week ahead, and will follow up with extended discussions on YouTube where topics can receive thorough consideration. This setup allows for in-depth dialogues about hip-hop, exploring the music, the artists, and the broader cultural landscape.
Speedsta made it a point to recognize his collaborators who played vital roles in bringing this project to fruition, specifically thanking Okay Swisher and DJ Fif Laaa for their support. He also acknowledged @ayaprow_biggfun along with BiggFun Media for managing the technical aspects from sound to visuals and lauded Loki’s Lekker for their high-quality studio services.
