Bash has been a trending topic since the announcement of his separation, and he shared his thoughts via a TikTok video on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, where he talked about his therapeutic journey.
While he didn’t indicate when therapy began, he shared that an honest exchange with his therapist led him to take a pause for two weeks.
In his video, Bash mentioned that the need for accountability had become significant during their discussions.
“iTherapist yami said, ‘Bash, you need to take responsibility for your actions. You can’t be pointing fingers at people.’ I said, ‘I ain’t doing that.’ That’s why I decided to take a two-week break. I guess I have to go back again,” he said.
The influencer acknowledged his initial hesitation towards the guidance given, admitting that accountability is not something he easily accepts.
Nonetheless, he now seems more willing to address the points raised and suggested that returning to therapy might be on his agenda.
