Blogger Musa Khawula faces potential legal challenges after not retracting serious allegations against executives at the Public Investment Corporation (PIC).
As reported by Daily Sun, Khawula received a demand letter after making posts that accused the PIC’s Chief Investment Officer, Kabelo Rikhotso, of having an affair with colleague Lindiwe Dlamini.
In a post on X dated Monday, 16 February 2026, Khawula, who refers to himself as the “Pope of Pop Culture”, suggested that the two individuals, labeled as “work husband” and “work wife”, were both unfaithful.
“Meet Lindiwe Dlamini, who done dated and discarded her husband for Kabelo Rikhotso. Lindiwe Dlamini is cheating on her ‘work’ husband whilst Kabelo Rikhotso is cheating on his ‘work’ wife at the Public Investment Corporation,” Khawula wrote.
The allegations were quickly dismissed by the legal teams for both individuals, who described the claims as defamatory and unfounded, noting that Khawula had not provided any proof for his assertions.
Khawula was given until 17 February to remove the posts and accompanying comments, but reports suggest that the content remained accessible after the deadline.
As the posts continued to gain traction, the situation intensified. Sources indicate that DM5 Incorporated, representing Dlamini, Rikhotso, and the PIC, has been authorized to seek an urgent interdict against Khawula.
Additionally, the legal representatives are reportedly exploring the option of imprisonment if he does not comply with their requests.
