Inno Morolong has reportedly been the victim of an assault during a night out in Sandton, with claims that Andile Mpisane attacked her following a dispute at a well-known nightclub.
The evening meant for relaxation took an unsettling turn on Monday, 6 April 2026, when Morolong entered Booth Nightclub seeking to find solace after the recent passing of her mother.
Sources indicate that Morolong’s intent for the outing was to improve her mood during this challenging period.
According to Buzz Life, Mpisane approached the group of friends, expressing interest in one of them.
Witnesses state that Morolong politely requested he give them space, clarifying their desire for a peaceful evening.
Unfortunately, the situation is said to have swiftly elevated into a verbal dispute.
It’s alleged that during this exchange, Mpisane made comments regarding Morolong’s deceased mother, which caused her considerable distress.
Morolong supposedly responded with remarks about Mpisane’s mother, escalating the confrontation between them.
The argument reportedly became physical, with sources suggesting Mpisane struck Morolong in full view of other patrons.
Accounts from those present indicate that the scene quickly became chaotic, prompting security to intervene and separate the individuals.
“It was really bad. No matter what happened, Andile should not have laid a hand on a woman,” a source said. “It’s disgraceful and Inno needs to seek justice.”
Shaken and upset, Morolong reportedly exited the venue shortly after the incident and made her way home.
She is now contemplating the possibility of filing a police report as she seeks accountability.
