Nomia Rosemary Ndlovu, a convicted serial killer, along with her co-defendant Nomsa Mudau, faced the Kempton Park Regional Court on 14 May 2026 for the conclusion of arguments in a grave murder-for-hire case.
Both women, who served as police officers, are alleged to have conspired to murder Mudau’s husband to benefit from R3 million in life insurance payouts.
It is claimed that hitman Njabulo Kunene was offered R80 000 to execute the crime. Ndlovu, who has previously been found guilty of multiple murders, is believed to have been instrumental in orchestrating the plot.
While prosecutors emphasize the financial motivations and the premeditated nature of the crime, the defense is challenging the presented evidence. A ruling is anticipated on 20 May 2026.
