Paris Saint-Germain have initiated talks with AS Monaco regarding the acquisition of promising winger Maghnes Akliouche, who at 24 years old has become one of their primary transfer objectives.
Softfootball reports that Akliouche has consented to the transfer following direct conversations with PSG manager Luis Enrique.
The French international gained significant attention after a remarkable season with Monaco, where his technical prowess, creativity, and offensive contributions distinguished him as one of the top players in Ligue 1.
Last season, Akliouche scored seven goals and provided 11 assists, highlighting his capability to create opportunities and influence games from the flanks. His strong performances have drawn interest from various European teams, notably Tottenham, which previously considered him a potential Premier League signing.

PSG is currently focused on finalizing the agreement, with estimates indicating the transfer could be worth approximately €50 million. Progression of the deal is anticipated after the club finalizes the sale of Kang-in Lee, enabling them to continue enhancing their roster.
This potential acquisition aligns with PSG’s strategy to invest in top-tier talent from Ligue 1 while developing a squad poised for success both domestically and in European competitions. Akliouche’s adaptability and offensive skills make him a valuable asset to Luis Enrique’s vision as the French champions aim to uphold their supremacy.
