To reach the National Final, participants will travel to Johannesburg, East London, and Cape Town, where city Cyphers will occur, allowing breakers to compete for places among the Top 16 B-Boys and Top 8 B-Girls.

Judges with extensive experience will evaluate each performance based on technique, originality, musicality, and overall execution. There are no predefined routines or playlists, allowing for spontaneous expressions on the dance floor.
The Red Bull BC One South Africa Final is scheduled for Saturday, 5 September 2026, in Cape Town. The best B-Boy and B-Girl from the city Cyphers will be declared South African champions, gaining the opportunity to represent the nation at the Red Bull BC One World Final in Toronto, Canada, on 29 November 2026.
B-Boys and B-Girls aged 16 and older are invited to participate. Competitors can join any of the three city Cyphers, with the top performers progressing to the National Final in Cape Town.
