Nozipho Ntshangase goes under the knife again
Reality television star Nozipho Ntshangase has once more opted for surgery to enhance her figure, providing fans with insights into her most recent operation.
The Mommy Club personality disclosed that she recently had a mastopexy, widely recognized as a breast lift, which is part of her ongoing mommy makeover journey following the birth of five children.
In a heartfelt update, Nozipho conveyed her satisfaction with the outcome, stating, “I’m looking great and I’m loving it.”
This latest surgical procedure comes after her abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) performed in July, which she had previously labeled as a key part of her self-love journey.
“I’ve been on this self-love journey. After having my last three children and going through a lot, I struggled with loving myself. My confidence went down the drain, so I thought, why not do the outer and inner work on myself at the same time?” she explained.
Nozipho acknowledged the difficulty she faced in restoring her confidence after experiencing childbirth, despite efforts to exercise and nurture her physique naturally.
“I gained weight. It was this and it was that. Not exercising as often as I would have wanted. A lot of insecurities. I decided to take the plunge and be brave and do what I always wanted to do, which is work on my body and myself,” she noted.
While she expressed some nervousness prior to her surgeries, Nozipho credited her surgeon with alleviating her concerns.
“I’m excited and nervous because I’m a researcher; I read a lot and Google has me overthinking a lot of things, but my surgeon is amazing,” she remarked.
