

South African artists Focalistic and Naledi Aphiwe are poised to headline the upcoming ACCES 2025 conference, scheduled to take place from Thursday, October 30 to Saturday, November 1 in Tshwane.
The conference will also include notable figures from the music industry, such as Grammy-winning producer Gordon Williams.
As reported by The South African, the three-day event will focus on transforming viral achievements into enduring careers within the music sector.
Focalistic is expected to discuss his global Piano To The World initiative, sharing insights from his tours across Europe and North America, while Naledi Aphiwe will talk about her rise to fame at the age of 18 through a collaboration with international star Chris Brown.
Thakzin, known for creating the 3Step genre, will also present on the potential of Web3 for African musicians.
Additionally, Naledi will discuss the challenges of managing her education alongside her burgeoning career, a topic that resonates with many young and aspiring musicians.
Eddie Hatitye, the executive director of the Music In Africa Foundation, emphasized the conference’s significance, stating: “ACCES serves as the premier platform uniting the international music market with Africa’s vibrant creative spirit, creating concrete opportunities for partnerships and economic growth.”
