This suspect joins three others already detained: Dikeledi Tears Mphela (24), Goitsione Machidi (25), and McLaren Mushwana (30).
The trio appeared in court on Monday morning, during which they opted not to pursue bail.
The case has been postponed until 23 February 2026 to facilitate continued investigations.
Satlat, who was studying engineering and also working as an e-hailing driver, was killed on 11 February after answering a trip request in Pretoria West.
His remains, alongside his hijacked vehicle, were found later in Atteridgeville.
Dashcam footage, said to show a woman and two men attacking Satlat, has been widely shared online, stirring public anger.
As the legal proceedings progress, Satlat’s family is working to gather funds to return his body to Nigeria for his funeral.
