South African R&B artist Kelello Segoana, better known as Kaylow, has faced another car accident, coming just months after a previous crash that nearly took his life.
As reported by his management, TY Hlangwane from Magnolia Haus Communications, the performer lost control of his white BMW E30 following a tyre blowout.
“Kaylow was driving home from the studio in the early hours of Saturday morning to his family in Tshwane. Unfortunately, one of his tyres burst and he failed to control the car. He is currently in the hospital recovering,” Hlangwane confirmed.
Emergency services arrived promptly, but the car was left in ruins.
“The car is a complete write-off,” Hlangwane continued, indicating that a comprehensive statement would follow when more details become available.
The incident has caused alarm among fans, particularly as Kaylow is still recovering from injuries obtained in an accident last September.
This prior crash resulted in the artist requiring crutches and a wheelchair after another vehicle struck him while he was with his son. He sustained serious leg injuries and a broken pelvic bone, leading to a lengthy recovery period that kept him from performing.
