In a subsequent message, the artist discussed the importance of balancing her creative pursuits with her business goals, mentioning that both her wine venture and her book were funded entirely by her own efforts.
“Don’t ever let your ideas live in your head, you won’t see how far you can push yourself ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Both my book and wine are self funded!!! At some point I got to zero, even got robbed of my savings but because I’m consistent in prayer, God has never ever left my side,” she wrote.
She also confirmed that music remains a vital part of her life, stating that she plans to release new songs this year while continuing to cultivate her business interests.
“I’m not just a musician, I’m an entrepreneur using music to make my dreams come true. I thank each and every one of you for your support… I will be releasing music this year. The focus was on securing myself so I never have to rely just on my voice,” Lady Du said.
