Chymamusique warns fans to pray before travelling
South African DJ and producer Chymamusique has called on individuals to pray prior to embarking on journeys or to remain at home if the travel is not essential.
In a recent social media post, the acclaimed artist conveyed a message that is thought to be influenced by a serious car accident he was involved in this year, which tragically took the life of his friend, DJ Poizen.
“In my heart there’s been an urge to pass a message for people to pray before they travel or stay home if the trip is not too important. It’s gonna be wild on the roads for the last part of the year. Those who have ears to read and ears to hear, le kwele,” he wrote.

This heartfelt message follows Chymamusique’s survival of a serious accident on the N1 near Ysterberg Mountain close to Polokwane.
The incident occurred after a performance in Mokopane, resulting in multiple injuries, while DJ Poizen lost his life in the tragedy.
