South African artists Prince Benza and Londie London have collaborated to produce two impactful singles: “Ngiyabonga Nkosi” and “Ngizwile.” Both songs highlight Londie London’s powerful and emotional vocals, reflecting a significant exploration into the emerging 3 Step genre, which is gaining popularity in South Africa’s music landscape.
Famed for his background in Bolohouse, Prince Benza mentions that this project signifies his growth as a music producer. His motivation stemmed from a wish to challenge himself and delve into new auditory dimensions by incorporating the vibrant essence of 3 Step.
“I realized there was more I could do with my craft — going beyond my usual style to engage with different genres inspired this project,” Prince Benza remarked.
“Ngiyabonga Nkosi” serves as a heartfelt homage of gratitude, delivering a spiritually uplifting message related to grace, resilience, and the appreciation of life’s gifts. Londie London’s heartfelt performance adds depth to this anthem, making it both personal and broadly resonant. In contrast, “Ngizwile” explores themes of self-reflection and emotional development, intertwining Londie’s reflective tone with a catchy rhythm that encapsulates both fragility and empowerment.

This release not only marks a new artistic direction for Prince Benza but also coincides with an important professional achievement: his recent signing with RosePearl Entertainment, a key figure in the African music sector.
“We aim to collaborate with artists who propel the culture forward. Prince Benza’s impressive track record is evident, and we believe he embodies our commitment to musical excellence,” a spokesperson for RosePearl Entertainment stated.
