Entrepreneur Shauwn Mkhize is back in the news following reports that her ex-husband, Sbu Mpisane, has initiated legal proceedings against her concerning issues from their divorce settlement that remain unresolved.
Sources indicate that Mpisane has returned to the courts several years after their separation, claiming that not all terms of their divorce have been fulfilled.
Despite their divorce being finalized in 2024, new developments indicate that certain elements of their agreement are still pending.
The dispute primarily revolves around the distribution of their communal assets. The couple was married under community of property, which requires their assets to be equally divided.
Currently, Mpisane is seeking the appointment of a liquidator, asserting that the division of assets has not been conducted appropriately.
