South African media figure, LaConco (real name Nonkanyiso Conco), recently showcased a substantial change in her appearance. Earlier this year, she announced her plans for a tummy tuck as a Valentine’s Day gift to herself, and the outcome is now evident in her striking new appearance.
She posted two images on Instagram, adorned in a yellow and green fitted maxi dress that accentuates her silhouette, highlighting her slim waist and curves, which prompted varied responses from her followers on social media.
She captioned her post: “Uboke uvuke nje ngelinye ilanga uthuse igazi. Ngithe what if heavy make-up and long inches. Ngicishe ngafa ke, ukushiselwa. (Sometimes you need to just wake up and shock yourself. I said let me put on make-up and wear long inches).

The celebrated television host shared insights into her journey leading up to the procedure with her audience, detailing her preparations prior to the cosmetic procedure.
Following this, she provided another vlog update that included a short consultation and her post-surgery recovery process, during which she received her medications.
She addressed her choice to undergo the tummy tuck locally in South Africa instead of abroad, stating that “we have the best doctors”.
To wrap up the vlog, she delivered a message to all women, highlighting the necessity of taking steps for oneself.
“Dear woman, any dream you have for your body, no one is here to rescue you; fight and do it for yourself. It is possible,” she remarked.
Furthermore, LaConco has been open about her physical changes and disclosed in 2022 that she opted for a 360 liposuction due to challenges with weight loss.
