Last season, Hakimi\u2019s statistics were noteworthy. In the 2024\u201325 season, he recorded 27 goal contributions, with 11 goals and 16 assists, surpassing any defender in European history and breaking Dani Alves\u2019 long-held record. His contributions were fundamental to PSG\u2019s remarkable achievement of a quadruple, securing victories in Ligue 1, Coupe de France, Troph\u00e9e des Champions, and, most significantly, the UEFA Champions League.<\/p>\n

He also achieved a milestone as the first defender to score during the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final of the competition. However, when the final rankings were released on September 22, he found himself trailing behind Ousmane Demb\u00e9l\u00e9 (1,380 points), Lamine Yamal (1,059), Vitinha (703), Mohamed Salah (657), and Raphinha (620). Hakimi secured 484 points, which is commendable, although some fans and analysts felt that Salah\u2019s position was unmerited.<\/p>\n
