Fabrizio Romano noted through his official X account<\/a> that Napoli is considering the German international as they seek to bolster their midfield amid ongoing injury issues. However, no formal discussions between Napoli and Bayern are underway at this moment.<\/p>\n

Napoli are not in active talks to sign Leon Goretzka in January, despite reports in Italy. He\u2019s on Napoli’s shortlist for the summer window as a potential opportunity on a free transfer if he\u2019s going to leave Bayern.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Bayern Munich is reluctant to allow Goretzka to depart mid-season, as the team is competing in multiple tournaments, including the Bundesliga and European fixtures. Losing an experienced player like Goretzka at this point is viewed as too risky.<\/p>\n
