The case has also been moved to the Polokwane regional court, where Shebeshxt is slated to reappear on May 15, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"align-left\">The following was noted in a social media post regarding the case:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201c[REMAINS IN CUSTODY] The accused, popular Limpopo musician Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke (30), known by his stage name Shebe Maburna, has appointed a new attorney. The attorney would like to approach the court for bail on new facts. The matter is transferred to the Polokwane Regional Court on May 15, 2026. They compared his situation to that of a businessman facing murder charges who was granted bail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"align-left\">Some voices in the discussion included:<\/p>\n<p class=\"align-left\">@wakapalesaa posed the question:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSo, bo KT molefe got bail for a high-profile murder case, and Shebe can&#8217;t for attempted murder? Make it make sense, please? Is our justice system really about the crime committed or the pockets produced?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"align-left\">@AsaManoo remarked:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a serious threat to himself and to society. It\u2019s about time he faced harsh consequences and learned a brutal lesson. He\u2019s been out of control for far too long, acting like he rules this generation. Keep him locked away until 2040; he\u2019s earned every single year of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"align-left\">@Shiax25 predicted:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThey will drain him of all his savings.
