ETV\u2019s latest daily drama show Emzini<\/em> premiered with a compelling first episode on Monday, April 13. Despite the obscurity of the initial installment, it hinted at potential developments in the narrative.<\/p>\n

The Nkosi family, like many others, harbors hidden truths. Their heritage is rooted in mysteries and bloodshed. But what lies beneath the surface?<\/p>\n

AN INTRIGUING START OF \u2018EMZINI\u2019<\/h2>\n

The narrative kicks off with Shaka Nkosi, a 34-year-old man. He learns from a traditional healer named Gogo Ongabizwa Ngegama about the necessity of a purification ritual.<\/p>\n

At just 10 years old, Shaka fatally shot a police officer who was attempting to harm his mother and her partner, Panyaza.<\/p>\n

Fleeing with his mother, young Shaka abandoned Panyaza due to the injuries inflicted during the police encounter, ultimately leading to a 26-year prison sentence.<\/p>\n
