In the promo for the EP, Bongani characterized his dance style as “no choreography,” suggesting that he moves naturally with the song’s rhythm.<\/p>\n

In his Morning Live<\/em> interview, the ex-member of Jozi shared insights about his new personal musical journey:<\/p>\n

\u201cI had to return to the creative process. Brenda Fassie, my late mother, always represented her roots in her music. She had a connection with the people from her hometown,\u201d he began.<\/p>\n

Bongani, known for his extravagant spending and the sole child of the legendary artist Brenda Fassie, often finds himself at the center of controversy.<\/p>\n

Back in 2015, he launched a rather controversial track titled Stretcher<\/em> featuring Shae Mix and PusherBeats, where he took jabs at fellow hip-hop artists including Maggz, K.O, and Slikour.<\/p>\n

Thabiso Khathi, co-founder of Cashtime Life, remarked that the Cashtime rappers will not retaliate<\/a> to the diss track, suggesting that Bongani isn\u2019t honoring his mother\u2019s legacy.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe he\u2019s gaining attention solely because Brenda was an iconic figure, and he\u2019s her son, which is the reason people are focused on him right now,\u201d he mentioned.<\/p>\n
