The winger’s recent lack of participation has sparked various speculations; however, Cardoso asserts that the situation is solely linked to an injury.<\/p>\n
Saleng transferred to Sundowns from Orlando Pirates in January, a move that surprised many. He came to Chloorkop with significant expectations, though he was already dealing with an injury. Despite making several appearances, his omission from recent matches raised eyebrows.<\/p>\n
Cardoso emphasized that Saleng\u2019s condition is related to health issues, not a tactical decision. Some observers had suggested he might not fit Sundowns\u2019 style, which contributed to his limited playing time.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s no competition because there\u2019s space for all of them. If you look at the medical report, it\u2019s clear Saleng could not be available,\u201d stated the Portuguese coach.<\/p>\n
