EFF leader Julius Malema described the ruling as a \u201cvictory for accountability,\u201d while the Democratic Alliance (DA) expressed its intention to engage constructively in any committee deliberations.<\/p>\n<p>This ruling from the Constitutional Court brings the issue back into public focus, but the path to impeachment is complex, requiring a two-thirds majority in the Assembly.
