Rihanna garnered attention with the reveal of a fresh tattoo that was inspired by her children’s drawings.<\/figure>\n

This announcement followed her appearance at the 2026 Met Gala, where she gained media attention after a video showing her dismissing South African artist Tyla went viral.<\/p>\n

While many parents display their kids’ artistry on fridges, create collages, or compile art books, the Umbrella<\/i> singer opted for a more distinctive way to celebrate one of her son’s artistic expressions.<\/p>\n

The tattoo is based on a scribble-style drawing created by one of her sons and was executed by her go-to artist, Keith Scott \u201cBang Bang\u201d McCurdy.<\/p>\n

On Friday, 8 May 2026, Keith McCurdy presented Rihanna’s new tattoo on his official Instagram account. The accompanying caption read:<\/p>\n

His post included clips and images of Rihanna receiving the tattoo and displaying the final piece.<\/p>\n

The initial photo in McCurdy\u2019s series showed a video of Rihanna, clad in a black hoodie and sunglasses, reclining on a table while he worked on her leg.<\/p>\n

One of the videos showcased the completed tattoo alongside the original sketches, which were made on a white sheet adorned with Paw Patrol stickers.<\/p>\n

Rihanna, who has two sons and an 8-month-old daughter, Rocki, with A$AP Rocky, admired the outcome in a mirror.<\/p>\n

The scribbles from her children were carefully recreated on the back of her knee.<\/p>\n
