If local municipalities are unable to manage these responsibilities, alternative solutions will be sought.<\/p>\n
These initiatives are intended to directly address the underlying issues related to water supply.<\/p>\n
He also declared the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak a national disaster, mobilizing resources to assist impacted agricultural areas.<\/p>\n
