South African artists Tyla and Shimza recently displayed their skills on one of the most esteemed stages globally, delivering a remarkable performance in Ibiza, Spain. The pair collaborated for Shimza’s final show at the renowned Pacha Ibiza nightclub, bringing an exhilarating conclusion to his successful eight-week residency.<\/p>\n

This significant event occurred on 18 June 2026 at Pacha Ibiza, the famous cherry-branded venue celebrated for hosting some of the most prominent figures in the music industry. Tyla’s performance was a part of Shimza’s concluding set, marking the conclusion of a residency that has further established him as one of Africa’s top electronic music talents.<\/p>\n

Shimza commenced the residency on 30 April 2026, performing every Thursday and presenting audiences with his distinct Afro-house and Afro-tech sounds. Over the course of the eight-week series, he transformed Pacha into a hub for African-inspired dance music while inviting a varied lineup of international guest artists.<\/p>\n

Among the musicians who joined him during the residency were Gordo, Bora Uzer, Francis Mercier, and Mahmut Orhan. Each performance infused the venue with a distinct energy, drawing music enthusiasts from around the globe who ventured to Ibiza for its famed nightlife.<\/p>\n
