As South Africa observes Youth month, entrepreneur Faith Shingange is introducing Ulonene Safety Solutions, a new venture that aims to enhance health, safety, and environmental practices in schools.<\/p>\n

On July 4, Ulonene Safety Solutions will kick off an exclusive launch event in Thandekile Gardens, Centurion, attended by representatives from ISASA schools who will discuss environmental protocols in educational settings.<\/p>\n

The event will address crucial issues, including protection from lightning strikes, compliance with national health and safety regulations, waste management, expansion of school nursing and health services, support for learners and teachers facing social and mental health challenges, and the importance of conducting regular safety inspections of playgrounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery single day, millions of South African learners and educators walk onto school grounds facing severe and unpredictable environmental risks. High density lightning strikes during afternoon sports, flash floods, and extreme heatwaves pose a real and escalating threat to human life. By executing this system daily, we eliminate compromises,\u201d Faith Shingange said.<\/p>\n

Actress and singer Keabetswe \u201cKB\u201d Motsilanyane, who will perform at the event, expressed her gratitude for being involved in a project with a significant impact.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited that I was invited to be a part of this initiative. Faith\u2019s passion for safety is compelling and inspiring, and anyone who is passionate about children will find it effortless to be part of her cause. As a parent, safety in schools is important to me. Not only the safety of children but the teachers, caregivers, and everyone else in the school. When safety standards are adhered to, every individual, student, teacher, and staff member will feel protected and as a result perform at their best. Why is your safety important? Because you matter,\u201d KB said.<\/p>\n

Since the inception of her business, Faith has successfully assisted over 20 schools throughout the country and aims to expand her initiative even further.<\/p>\n

\u201cEducation has always been my passion. I was doing this work long before I launched the business. Ulonene Safety Solutions is just the next step in making sure every child learns in a safe space,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
