Screenshots that allegedly depict North West’s Instagram story have ignited conversations online, prompting users to speculate on whether the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is publicly reacting to changes in her allowance and romantic life.

The situation began with a post by X user itz_Dreyy, who shared claims about the teen expressing distress through a heartbreak emoji and stating:

“Honestly I’m really tired of all of this pressure, I am turning 14 soon, ain’t a kid no more!”

These claims quickly spread across various platforms, dragging Kim Kardashian and Kanye West back into the conversation regarding parenting.

Allegations surrounding the situation

The shared posts suggest that Kim and Kanye have reportedly come together to limit North’s monthly allowance to $500 after learning about her dating life. The images circulating also displayed edited text mentioning music artist Ken Carson, along with photos of a young woman with blue hair and facial piercings, prompting skepticism regarding their legitimacy.

Many social media users quickly highlighted that the screenshots seem to be modified versions of templates. North West’s verified online presence is managed through a monitored TikTok account, making the likelihood of an unfiltered emotional reaction on an Instagram story harder to substantiate.

Vahphor quipped:

“Lol $500 a month and no bf at almost 14? North is living every regular kid’s dream and still crashing out.”
