British-Nigerian personality Igho \u201cTiny\u201d Ubiribo, aged 43, has tragically passed away following a penis enlargement surgery in Thailand that led to a fatal pulmonary embolism, as revealed during a UK coroner\u2019s inquiry.<\/p>\n

Ubiribo, also known by the names Denisi and Ego, had the procedure done on 5 March 2026 while vacationing in Bangkok together with his wife, the fashion designer Danielle Simba Allen.<\/p>\n

Evidence presented at the Inner West London Coroners\u2019 Court indicated that approximately 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid mixed with lidocaine were injected at an undisclosed clinic in Thailand.<\/p>\n

Subsequent to the surgery, Ubiribo and his wife (who is also depicted in images) allegedly went for a massage at their hotel, the Marriott. He experienced chest pain and lost consciousness twice before being rushed by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital.<\/p>\n

Medical professionals identified him with a pulmonary embolism, a severe obstruction of an artery in the lungs. His health significantly worsened before a scheduled CT scan could occur. Emergency staff administered CPR for over 100 minutes, but he passed away in the early morning hours of 6 March.<\/p>\n

A postmortem conducted in the UK subsequently discovered cellular material in his lungs that corresponded with the hyaluronic acid utilized during the surgery. Coroner Jean Harkin determined that the cosmetic procedure was the cause of the fatal pulmonary embolism.<\/p>\n

Ubiribo had amassed around 185,000 followers on Instagram, gaining recognition for his lavish lifestyle. Reports indicate he possessed a home in Los Angeles appraised at approximately $1.1 million and an apartment in London valued around $600,000. He and Allen celebrated their wedding extravagantly in Zimbabwe back in 2022.<\/p>\n

His burial took place in London in May 2026, featuring a reported gold coffin worth more than $745,000. Nigerian artist Davido, noted in reports as a childhood acquaintance of Ubiribo, was among the attendees at the funeral.<\/p>\n

This incident has reignited concerns regarding the possible complications arising from penile filler treatments. Hyaluronic acid fillers are employed as a non-invasive method to enhance penile girth, yet the procedure can pose severe risks if the filler enters the bloodstream.<\/p>\n

The clinic in Thailand where Ubiribo received the injection has not been publicly disclosed in the reports.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
