Launched on September 3, B11NG0 is Bantu Nots’ newest work and is part of his ongoing homage to Johannesburg and its culture. The title cleverly references the city’s well-known 011 dialing code, emphasizing the persona he has cultivated as the “011 god.”

The 16-track mixtape is already attracting notice, with B11NG0 gaining traction shortly after its debut. The title track “B11NG0” and “Yenza” are particularly gaining popularity among his supporters in the South African hip-hop community.

This latest release follows Bantu Nots’ self-titled album and Bantu Nots Extension Mixtape, further expanding on the style and identity he has established in his earlier music. Through B11NG0, he continues to highlight Johannesburg as a central theme while sharing his personal narratives and local viewpoints.

His remarks reveal his deep commitment to how the mixtape is received. Instead of simply promoting its existence, Bantu Nots is actively reaching out to fans, asking them to engage with and support his work. The mixtape represents a significant move towards cementing his artistic voice and deepening the relationship between his music and the city he embodies.

With the mixtape now available and already showing positive signs, Bantu Nots is clearly focused on ensuring B11NG0 receives the recognition he feels it merits.
