On Friday, Nasty C shared a photo of himself with Tellaman on the Rap Life cover, confirming to fans that their album had officially dropped.

This cover feature follows the release of T’s & C’s Apply on September 1, 2026, through TallRacks and Select Play Music. The album consists of 17 tracks and has a runtime of just under 50 minutes. It is the first full-length collaboration between these two Durban-based artists, who have forged a strong musical bond over time.

Their artistic synergy can be heard in previous tracks like “Big Timing,” “Zone,” and “Whipped,” but the new album allows them to fully explore and express their combined sound.

The title T’s & C’s Apply cleverly merges the artists’ names, with “T” for Tellaman and “C” for Nasty C. Additionally, it echoes the common phrase “terms and conditions apply,” thus encapsulating their identities while inviting listeners into their creative realm.

Musically, the album traverses R&B and hip-hop, incorporating elements of Afrobeats and other African styles. Tellaman contributes his melodic style, songwriting, and catchy hooks, while Nasty C brings his signature rap delivery, storytelling, and occasional harmonies.

The project was largely recorded in Johannesburg over more than a year, with its evolution closely tied to earlier collaborations, such as “Big Timing,” which appeared on Nasty C’s FREE and facilitated further work between the two artists.

The album features contributions from several artists, including Nigerian singer Oxlade on “Come Over 2.0,” and Blxckie on “Mode.” Lusanda and crownedYung also join in, while broadcaster AyandaMVP lends her voice to the “Isinqa FM” interludes, adding a radio-themed layer to the project.

Among the key tracks are “Call Me,” “Playlist,” “Liar Liar,” “LFTOS,” and the final track “As Planned.” Throughout the 17 tracks, Nasty C and Tellaman balance reflective moments, upbeat tracks, and nostalgic sounds, maintaining the essence of the album.

The Rap Life cover adds a notable highlight shortly after the album’s launch. Apple Music’s Rap Life has become a significant platform for hip-hop artists globally, marking the Durban duo’s feature as a vital milestone in promoting their album.

For Nasty C and Tellaman, this collaboration signifies more than just a joint effort from two established names. After years of pursuing individual careers and a shared musical background, T’s & C’s Apply presents their chemistry on a long-format scale while anchored in their Durban heritage, aiming for recognition beyond South Africa.

Now that the album is publicly accessible, they embark on a new phase of their collaboration.
