Makhadzi Accused of Wage Dispute with Ex-Dancer
South African singer Makhadzi has received approval to resume her professional activities following a recent accident, as confirmed by her management team.
The announcement from Makhadzi Entertainment stated that she was given the all-clear by medical professionals on Friday, 13 February 2026, after undergoing a health assessment in Polokwane.
Doctors reported positive developments in her recovery, indicating that she is ready to return to her demanding schedule.
The artist, known as Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, expressed deep appreciation for the support she received throughout her recovery process.
“I am feeling good and would like to thank all the staff members, the nurses, and the doctors from Netcare Pholosho in Polokwane for taking care of me from day one. I would also like to thank the Minister of Sport, Mr Gayton Mackenzie; Limpopo Premier, Dr Phophi Ramathuba and her executive; Polokwane Mayor Cllr John Mpe; my family; my mother and my father; my team; fellow artists; the AFRIMA’s; Munguambe Foundation and all my followers for all the prayers and messages of support,” she said.
During her recovery, Makhadzi has also been recording new music.
Her management revealed that she has been busy in the studio, with new singles expected to be released shortly.
Plans are in place for her much-anticipated return performance, slated for 1 May 2026 at Fountains in Pretoria.
With her doctors satisfied with her recovery, Makhadzi is now ready to accept bookings as she resumes her performance itinerary.
