Big Zulu has revealed that singer-songwriter Mduduzi Ncube is no longer affiliated with Inkabi Records, clarifying uncertainties regarding his status with the label.

In a statement regarding this development, the record label confirmed that Ncube’s exit followed the end of his contractual agreement.

With this transition, the artist plans to pursue an independent career and to explore fresh avenues within the music scene.

The label expressed that this decision empowers Ncube to further his creative and entrepreneurial goals, which focus on launching his own record label and advancing into larger roles as both a performer and an industry leader.

Inkabi Records recognized the conclusion of its professional relationship with the singer while also acknowledging the beginning of his new journey.

Additionally, the label addressed ongoing rumors concerning another artist, Musiholiq.

In its clarification, Inkabi Records mentioned that Musiholiq was never formally signed to the label.
