Cassper Distances Himself From Rick Ross Following Domestic Violence Claims. Cassper Nyovest has publicly stated that he can no longer support Rick Ross after model and luxury real estate agent Jazzma Kendrick accused the American rapper of physical abuse.
Cassper Withdraws His Support For Rick Ross Over Domestic Violence AllegationsIn a statement shared on X, Cassper expressed his disapproval of Rick Ross. “Rick Ross just lost a fan in me. I can’t rock with nighas who beat women. That’s low vibrational and dumb n—a activities,” he tweeted.
This remark followed Kendrick’s Instagram post featuring images that seemed to show her with a swollen and injured lip. She wrote in the caption, “The day Rick busted my lip, and the day I left,” and further commented on her appearance by suggesting Ross “saw a punching bag.”
Nyovest emphasized that any form of violence against women is unacceptable. “Beating a woman is NEVER EVER the way. No matter what the story is. I can’t rock with that. Well, that’s me personally,” he remarked.
His statement quickly gained traction online, with many users commending the Doc Shebeleza artist for taking a stand against gender-based violence. Conversely, some critics pointed out his prior support for Chris Brown, who has faced ongoing allegations of domestic violence.
Nyovest appeared unfazed by the backlash, countering those who challenged his views with characteristic assurance.
Rick Ross has rejected Kendrick’s accusations. In a statement shared on social media, the Aston Martin Music artist claimed that he “never laid a hand on Jazzma Kendrick.” He suggested that Kendrick’s injuries resulted from a fall down the stairs while she was wearing high heels and under the influence of alcohol.
Ross further asserted that he provided care for Kendrick after the incident and maintained that he does not physically harm women. “The Boss don’t put his hands on women. Period,” he stated.
This disagreement is notable due to Nyovest’s past interactions with Ross, having publicly supported the American artist in earlier instances, including translating a Setswana message for him several years ago.
Recently, Nyovest has used his social media presence to address various forms of misconduct, including calling out local podcast hosts for their comments regarding a deceased athlete.
