International pop artist Celina Sharma has unveiled her eagerly awaited five-track EP, Chapter 2, which is now accessible through gamma., following a strategic alliance between ERA Music and the US-based music and media entity.With over 250 million total streams and 625,000 monthly listeners, the 24-year-old artist, originally from Sydney and now based in London, embarks on a new phase with this project. It shifts away from her earlier pop style to delve into themes of faith, family, loss, identity, and personal development through a more sophisticated, ballad-oriented approach.
The centerpiece of Chapter 2 is “Centre of Peace” featuring the revered Indian singer Sonu Nigam, which was released on 21 August. Initially crafted as an English song exploring Sharma’s bond with God, it transformed into a homage to her Indian roots, featuring traditional Indian instruments recorded in Mumbai.
This collaboration harmonizes Sharma’s modern pop style with one of India’s most celebrated voices. “Centre of Peace” stands as the sole featured track on the EP, underscoring the contribution of this partnership to Sharma’s cultural background.
