The Delicious International Food and Music Festival has revealed the conclusion of its partnership with DStv, which has lasted over a decade.
The festival’s organisers thanked DStv in a statement, acknowledging its significant contribution to the event’s development and achievements.
“The Delicious International Food and Music Festival would like to extend sincere thanks to DStv for 12 incredible years as our headline sponsor. Their support has played a meaningful role in shaping the festival into one of South Africa’s most loved lifestyle events,” the statement read.
With this partnership reaching its end, the festival has indicated it is moving into a new phase, assuring attendees that it remains independently operated and dedicated to its high standards.
“As this valued partnership comes to a close, we are excited to step into a new chapter,” organisers said.
They highlighted the festival’s endurance and forward-looking approach, stating, “The Delicious Festival remains an independently owned and produced event, built to evolve and built to last.”
Renowned for combining exceptional musical performances with a curated food experience, the festival assured that attendees can anticipate the same level of quality.
The organisers reiterated their intention to provide “world-class music, exceptional food, and rich cultural experiences” that fans recognize and appreciate.
Looking toward the future, the festival confirmed plans for its 2026 edition, requesting fans to save the dates.
The upcoming event will occur during Heritage Weekend on 19 and 20 September at the well-known Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit.
With excitement already growing, the organisers hinted at forthcoming announcements, including what they described as “the hottest two-day line-up you won’t want to miss,” suggesting that even with the end of a significant sponsorship era, the festival is preparing for an invigorating new chapter.
