Borussia Dortmund has finalized an agreement with PAOK for the transfer of Giannīs Kōnstantelias, with contracts already executed by both clubs.
The deal is valued at €32 million, including potential add-ons. Additionally, PAOK will retain a 15% clause on any future transfer involving the player.
Kōnstantelias visited Dortmund on Sunday, moving closer to finalizing the transfer. The last documents from the player’s side are anticipated to be signed shortly before Dortmund makes the announcement official.
The Greek international is seen as a key addition to Dortmund’s strategy as the Bundesliga team works on enhancing their roster.
This news follows confirmation from Softfootball that Joey Veerman is also moving to Borussia Dortmund from PSV Eindhoven for €21.5 million.
The Dutch midfielder has reached an agreement for a five-year deal with Dortmund and is expected to undergo his medical examination soon, after which the final steps of his transfer will be completed.
Thus, Dortmund is acting swiftly to bolster their midfield ahead of the upcoming season, with Veerman and Kōnstantelias both slated to arrive at Signal Iduna Park.
