Award-winning gospel artist and worship leader Khaya Mthethwa is set to return with his eagerly awaited live event, Art & Worship, now in its second edition.
The event, which fuses artistic expression, music, and spirituality, is scheduled for this Saturday, 15 November 2025, at the Big Top Arena located in Carnival City.
Mthethwa stated that the evening will highlight the themes of faith and creativity through a blend of music and visual art.
“Art & Worship II is a celebration of the gift of worship, but also a call to embrace art as a language of faith,” he explained.
“This show is about excellence, culture, and creating a space where people can encounter God through every sense.”
He mentioned that attendees can look forward to a night filled with “incredible praise and worship” and a profound spiritual experience. “I believe that God is reviving South Africa, and as we come together as worshippers, we will have the power to change people’s lives,” Mthethwa said.
As both an artist and a worshipper, Mthethwa indicated that Art & Worship provides him the opportunity to showcase his complete creative identity.
“Bringing these two parts of my life together means unearthing creativity while pursuing God with all that I am,” he commented.
In addition to the main performance, this year’s edition will include complimentary Worship Masterclasses at select churches across Johannesburg, aimed at training and motivating emerging worship leaders.
