Reality TV star Sne Mseleku shared adorable photos with her newborn, which quickly gained attention online. This led to speculation among fans that she had recently become a mother for the fourth time.
Reports suggest that the oldest daughter of Musa Mseleku officially became a mother in August 2025.
Musa’s reaction to Sne’s pregnancy
During Season 9 of Uthando Nes’thembu, Sne Mseleku revealed her pregnancy to her father, Musa Mseleku, who was both surprised and upset. His disappointment primarily stemmed from her choices to have children outside of marriage, which he did not endorse.
“I’m so disappointed in Sne. She has done exactly what I said I wouldn’t accept,” an emotional Musa Mseleku said.
Musa’s first wife, MaCele, who learned about the pregnancy first, expressed concern that Sne was jeopardizing the fragile relationship she had developed with Musa.
“Sne is taking us 10 steps backwards. A lot is about to happen because Sne and her dad are currently having a good relationship. Finding out about this pregnancy is going to hurt him,” she said at the time.
Daily Sun has reported that Musa appears to have calmed down since the arrival of his grandchild, although he has been reluctant to discuss the matter. When asked, he showed happiness but avoided elaborating. Sne also indicated she was not yet prepared to talk about her child due to her youth.
Musa criticized for ambiguous message to Sne
Musa faced criticism after he praised his children: Mpilo and Abongwe for pursuing higher education, while Sne was mentioned in a less favorable light.
In the aftermath of Sne’s pregnancy news, he noted that her having additional children would not diminish his love for her. He posted on Instagram:
“These are my beautiful children. Linye is**de whether graduated or not, but at the end of the day, they come from one family. So your comparison has no meaning to me.”
Many South African social media users criticized Musa; some felt his intentions were clear, but the delivery was inappropriate.
