South African gospel musician Ntokozo Mbambo and her spouse Nqubeko Mbatha are commemorating 18 years of marriage.
Ntokozo took to social media to post lovely images of herself alongside her husband, reflecting on their love story that started over twenty years ago.
The accomplished artist recounted her first encounter with Nqubeko in 2001 when she was just 15 years old, unaware that he would soon become her partner for life.
“In 2001, a 15-year-old girl took a picture with a boy not knowing that he would change her life forever,” she wrote.
Ntokozo described her husband as a vital part of her life, expressing appreciation for his love, patience, and enduring support over the years.
“She didn’t know he would marry her 7 years later. She didn’t know he would be the father of her children. She didn’t know he would make her dreams come true.”
She further commended him for his kindness and for bringing happiness into her life, stating that their love story feels fresh even after nearly two decades of marriage.
