Unveiling Rich Mnisi’s ties
On Instagram, the official Rich Mnisi account showcased five uniquely designed ties which are more than mere accessories. Mnisi, known for his earlier collaboration with Adidas, aimed to highlight themes of self-expression and personal identity with these pieces.
“The tie, reimagined. Introducing five distinctive RICH MNISI ties, each one a collectable expression of form, story, and identity. From fluid motion and bold geometry to florals, texture, and the human silhouette, every piece transforms a classic essential into something deeply expressive. Designed to be worn, kept and remembered. Now available to shop on shop.richmnisi.com.”
These ties feature various designs, including motifs like a yellow fish, animal skin textures, floral patterns, and elements inspired by masculinity.
On Instagram, reactions have varied, with some fans expressing eagerness to buy every design. However, sentiments on X tell a different story, as Mzansi has shown less enthusiasm for the ties.
“Rich Mnisi launches their own brand of ties retailing for R799 a pop,” he wrote.

That Rich Mnisi wording wasn’t necessary. We can’t wear those on interviews!”
